Lack of LB usage in PVP

IF healer only have 1 person around to heal with the lb is his problem for being in a terrible position or the party for chasing ppl

The problem is less a lack of party members in range, but more that any alliance worth their salt is going to charge straight for the healers.

The other concern is the cast time for it. The healer is likely to die before they can use it to heal themselves. Or any other party member getting swarmed for that matter.
