The other concern is the cast time for it. The healer is likely to die before they can use it to heal themselves. Or any other party member getting swarmed for that matter.
As i said the lack of party members in range is their own fault, but as i said too making it have better range would be great.the first thing you should say in the party as healer is" dont chase and stay in my range or you wont get heals"

The cast time is super short, if you use it when you have 1k hp left ofc you will die before you can cast it.
