Lack of LB usage in PVP

I've noticed a lack of LB usage from anyone who is not a DPS, this damages teams in long run in something like Seal Rock.

Is there a way to increase the chance of people using their LB's? A small damage increase on the tank using a tank LB perhaps, or something of similar effect that would make people feel more inclined to use it for their own gain as the majority of players do not understand what teamwork is.

Any thoughts? I know its a stupid suggestion haha.

The thing about healer LBs, they don't refill as nearly as fast as a DPS LB when they can score a kill or more from it.

I'm not sure what the formula is for the healer LBs filling, but rarely do I ever see it fill more than once per match( I tend to be very picky when I pop it, so I usually don't use it more than once a match). Some matches I won't even have a need to use it because-

1) Most of the party isn't even in range of me to be targeted.
2) Our team decides to play super-conservative (hide @ 2 tomeliths whilst one team kill-farms the other) when I do have it.

I am not sure why you think so but tanks use their LB whenever there is a huge attack from other GCs. As for healers, you usually you will not have other than one or two members dying who can be healed easily without LB. Healer's LB in PvP is weak and unnecessary but if it can resurrect your party then that will make it good.

Omg, yes... but... It is still a VERY POWERFUL option you have in your healer skillset.
I hope u was joking, up to now I even used it when I see halp party doubledotted by SMNs.

Well, as a healer, I've used the lb to heal off a caster lb easily most times. Other than that, I use it for the esuna-like effect; it's not much most times, but I imagine it's annoying to see your bane mostly go to waste.

I think its more of a "people don't know when/where to use it" kind of thing, its easy to burn Raw Destruction/Cometeor but at least you usually see some kind of effect out of it (unless you miss Cometeor, lol), tank/healer LB... its easy to waste and get no effect out of it.

Its really just due to the nature of the jobs imo, for tanks its like using defensive CDs/push back, some people just really don't know "when". I'm not sure what could be done, honestly.
Plus from a PvE PoV its pretty much beat into the average tanks' head to NEVER use LB. Arguably same with healers.

I feel like the most you can do is just tell people- I've had games where no one used tank LB despite us having 3 other tanks besides myself in the party until I told them "use it when we push or get rushed, don't worry about anything else". I feel like that's the most you're gonna get without a properly co-ordinated group.

The healer LB heals your entire party. The only time it would be useful is if by some astounding miracle the rest of the team is more damaged than the healer.

Healer LB should just be changed to one that makes them invincible for 20 seconds. THAT would be useful.

20s is a bit much. Is a good idea... but jubs thinks 12s with divine seal like effect, without being rooted and abilities turned off like attunement. Gives healer option to save self, bait, or save one/groups/pty/alliance. Only problem is it heavily favors whm over sch... unless buff transfers to fairy too.

The lbs are perfectly balanced, the tank lb gives a huge def and the healer a huge aoe heal.

IF healer only have 1 person around to heal with the lb is his problem for being in a terrible position or the party for chasing ppl, i personally dont have any problem using it, i always try to be in a good position to use it.

The only problem is the ppl, if after several matches they dont know when to use the LB its their problem for being bad.

And seriously i will say again, i dont know if you guys have lack of knowledge of pvp or what,but you guys sometimes give absurd ideas, Invincible party LB??? wtf is that , for 20 secs? or even 12?? OFC it would be useful COZ it would be INSANELY BROKEN. IF you want it to get buffed just say that it needs more range or something but jesus think abit about what you are saying.
