So wondering what should i be using to maximize my dps from 39-45 (before Hoton (speed)) ? atm using Mutilate>Spinning Edge>Gust Slash >Dancing Edge as my rotation while throwing in Raiton for ST (boss) and AOE (Katon) ?

I would use Mutilate after the Dancing Edge combo. The reason for this is that Mutilate won't benefit from your slashing debuff if you use it before. After Dancing Edge is up, use the Aeolian Edge combo as long as the debuff is still on your target and you have access to rear. If you're forced to attack from the front or flank, using Dancing Edge is fine (you will eventually get Armor Crush for the flank later on). Raiton for ST and Katon for AoE is fine. Ideally you want to refresh Dancing Edge and Mutilate when they have 1-2 seconds left on them.

Don't use mutilate on trash. They never live long enough. I've found you'll do more dps on trash putting shadowfang up before DE so the dots can tick. Other than that, looks about right. You should be pulling in the neighborhood of 100-120 dps at the lvl. If you are you're fine don't worry about it.
Priority on long term ST is just DE > mutilate > AE. Use Fuma over Raiton unless DE isn't up or your ping is amazing.
So level 50+ what should i be using cause using SE > Gust > DE > SE > SF > SE > Gust > AE ?
