I do! I do!The fat cat that that appeared on the 14-hour broadcast was created as a test product (similar to the goobbue plush shown off during the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part XXIII). We don't currently have any plans to create any for sale. However, we are monitoring the comments from the community when it comes to what products we should make in the future.
So with that said, please be sure to let us know if you'd like to see these become a reality!

Dood! As a general rule, this Neko believes that Fat cats and Moogles should be made widely available, and not just in Japan, I don't like paying PlayAsia for a grey import of something I should be able to find in other retailers.
Presumably with a smile that is befitting?
Shouldn't this be one of those stress toys that you can squeeze, stretch, throw across the room and otherwise abuse when the mood takes you? Perhaps with a small digital module embedded that emits a Lahabrea like scream if you abuse it roughly enough?

No. Lahabrea is for cuddling and squeezing, not throwing across the room.
Screams and maniacal laughter a la Furby when poked are acceptable too.
