Need help with transfer

Just get a prepaid card/bank giftcard.
Your friend then would use it to buy Crysta, which in turn would use to pay for the transfer.

This is what I did to help someone transfer. Granted, we're friends in real life, so I just sent him the money via PayPal using his telephone number and no bank information. He then used the money to purchase Crysta on the Mogstation, and used the Crysta to pay for the transfer.
