Grade 3 Wheel of "whatever"

Heya, I've been looking for quite some time now but can't find any info about how to get those Grade 3 Wheels of "whatever", and the AH only lists two of them on my server w/out any crafter signature. Can anyone tell me how you can obtain them? I'm mostly interested in the Nutriment one.

They are FC crafted.

Its a long, laborious process to be able to craft them, requiring returns from Airship Ventures. Actually crafting them requires items obtained from the Airship, as well. And, for that matter, being able to USE them requires FC crafting a level 3 stand, again with items only obtainable from the Airship.
