recycle dungeons...? D: But why...?
recycle dungeons...? D: But why...?

I've never understood the recent hate for the "Hard Mode" dungeons. Besides the general setting, they've always been completely different from their Normal counterpart. They're usually so different that if SE had called them something else you'd be none the wiser. The trash mobs and bosses are different. The mechanics are different. You often times don't even traverse the same path between the two different versions. Some people act like just because they share the same name that the Hard Mode is an exact copy, only with scaled mobs.
With this character's death, the thread of prophecy remains intact.

I hope Pharos Sirius HM won't be as monochromatic as the other HM. In Haukke, there was no color beside red, same for Tam-Tara, Wanderer's green fog/light/everything was sickening, Amdapor was drowned in blue, Copperbell had this cyan silenthillesque fog... I'm probably missing a few, but I think Halatali was the only hard mode that didn't look like the same with an instagram filter on.
Edit: called it.

It sounds like you were so preoccupied with the color overlay that you missed out on a crapton of differences, actually.I hope Pharos Sirius HM won't be as monochromatic as the other HM. quite disappointed with one new dungeon and pretty much, new monsters and slight visual changes to a dungeon (from what we could see, we would be starting from top, going down instead, an being full of kobolds.)
I mean, they don't look bad, but looking back at what we have, feels a bit underwhelming... I know that there will be more content but...
I really hope the new primal has an ex version, and that the airship thing is a decent sistem/fun. (taking in mind, well, thats going to be the other battle content + the void ark we will have)
but well, excited about the Arboratirum thou!

I know quite a few people who have come over from WoW and suffered from this confusion, as bare-bones effort and a focus on "recycling" is how things operate over there.I've never understood the recent hate for the "Hard Mode" dungeons. Normal dungeon? Heroic dungeon? Mythic dungeon? Timewalking dungeon? Challenge mode dungeon? All feature the same layout, trash and bosses, just with mob health and damage scaled slightly, and a time limit and minimum kill requirement added for challenge modes.

lol damn ya'll complain about EVERYTHING.
pretty hype for Void Ark and PS Hard myself

Not really complaining, excited to see new dungeon, but at the same time I only have 2 Dungeon to do for Expert, and the amount of Dungeon to unlock for High have becoming way too much to catch up. They been doing it like this since 2.0 and many people already suggested they want to have more then 2 Dungeon to do in Expert.
I highly doubt they will be removing the current dungeons for the new ones from expert.
