    Buttons in a Blanket are pretty dirt cheap where I'm at. (Like 1.5k ish per nq)

    Morel Salad or Baked Pipira Pira is generally the go to food right now for physical dps.

    If you're poor just use buttons in a blanket or black truffle risotto.
