Help! Can't go From Archer to Bard

Hi Everyone! I am really enjoying game. I have a level 30 Archer and 15 pugilist. Have completed the sylph management quest line. However, when I go to the archer's guild Luciane will not offer me the song of the bard quest to get my soul stone for bard. I must be doing something stupid or have missed something obvious. I am only through level 25 or so in the main quest scenario would that make a difference. I tried to open a ticket but just got generic response go to forums etc.. Thanks for anybody who can Help!

This MSQ unlocks Job quests.

Sounds like you already completed the MSQ requirement.

Did you complete all the archer quests up to level 30?

Once you hit 30, the bard quests are outside Quarrymill in the Shroud. There is a man sitting in a hollowed out fallen tree a bit southwest of the town who gives them to you.

that's what I thought. I already completed that quest and am in fact well past it. It shows completed in my achievements... strange. Could I have missed a small quest somewhere in that chain? hmmm. Thanks

Did your Archer equip the Bard's Soulstone that was given to you after doing the lv 30 quest to unlock the bard job?

Did you complete the lvl 15 pugulist quest? I know that throws a lot of people off. Thinking that you only need the class to be lvl 15

eeer because you do only need the class at 15? Unless this is some kind of Pugulist only thing.

The only prerequisites that I can find any information on are that you must have:

A.) Completed the MSQ "Sylph Management"
B.) Completed the level 30 ARC quest "The One That Got Away"
C.) Obtained level 30 ARC as well as level 15 PUG

If you've completed all of these and are still unable to obtain the quest, I would recommend moving a bit more forward in your MSQ, just in case there is something conflicting, and double-check everything else.
