World data could not be obtained

I have a weird problem. me and my wife was playing the game im on ps4 shes on pc we both DCed and get the error:

World Data could not be obtained. Please try logging in later.

first I thought it was our net so we rebooted router and everything but did not help. So I tried speed test and tried playing other games they work 100% without any lag.

what could cause this?

edit: also my character is invisible on the character load screen. I play on the Lich server if this makes any difference

Same here, though it does my character. When I try to login with him, throws out the dreaded 1014 error
