PS3/PS4/PC User Distinction

Still, what he wants wouldn't affect PC users anyway. He can't type. I think we would be hard-pressed to find someone who played this game on PC without a keyboard

A lot of PC players play this game with a controller too. But yeah, they type with the PC keyboard. No reason why PS players couldn't do the same. And as others have already pointed out, playing on a PS is not an excuse to not communicate with your party members.

I personally prefer wired, nothing more frustrating than to have your batteries dies in middle of a duty/trial/roulette.

Since hardly anyone talks anyways. I've been on the same batteries since I bought the keyboard almost a year ago.

Definitely get a keyboard and get used to typing. Makes everything easier. You want to coordinate something at the start of a dungeon or trial, you can communicate better. Also helps with the social aspects of the game.

I'm on PS4 but I'm a tank and I'm active in my FC and linkshells so I got a cheap usb keyboard. Best decision.

Honestly the Controller/Keyboard Combo is highly efficient. I know many people both on PS4's and PC's who use them both. I also use both. Hotkeys on the keyboard combo'd with cycling of the controller makes for crazy fast and accurate input. you are in for a treat

I play on a PC, but if something happens and I had to play on a PS3/PS4, I wouldn't play unless I had a keyboard next to me. Considering this is an MMO, I feel you lose out on a large part of the experience if you don't communicate with people.

Also as a smaller improvement I think there should be an option to hide earrings the same as head gear as they all look stupid

Hey now, don't be bashing on earrings! My earrings were the very first piece of glamour I changed coming over from Heavensward, and I've always made sure they match my hair/glam. Jewelry is serious business.

You'll be glad for your keyboard investment, I picked one up just for this game, and when it broke, I went out the very next day to replace it. Typing with the PS4's soft keyboard in combat, even with it's predictive text, is a a challenge, especially while the tank is waiting for heals in the meantime.
