GC Ranking Up?

For the longest time I didn't know this. I had so many things waiting for me...

That's why it's important to read the tooltip popups in your first play through. The very first time you qualify for an achievement item it pops on screen telling you where to pick it up.

Once I hit the ceiling (Lt. 2 & hunting log finished) with the Flames, I saw a new quest pop up from one of them... was to essentially go do Ifrit Hard, which I just finished. BUT there was no completion to it. Asked a friend who tells me I should have been told to go join the other GCs, cap them then come back to the Flames. Not sure I see what that may bring me... as it is I have 32k+ seals and virtually nothing to get with them, so not sure the other 2 GCs will offer me anything better.
