An Error Has Occurred On The Game Server (another 30002)

Details: Ever since I moved into my college dorm around August 14th, 2011 I have been experiencing the error: (30002) 1317844798,13384898,5. After 10-15 minutes of playing (actively or standing idle) the error pops up. Regardless of which character I am on I seem to run into this error constantly.
    Steps:
    1. Log on to FINAL FANTASY XIV.
    2. Actively play the game (combat, chatting, etc.) OR stand idly for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Error (30002) 1317844798,13384898,5 pops up
    4. Log back on (Error 13001 may pop up as well)
    5. Play once more for 10-15 minutes and Error (30002) 1317844798,13384898,5 pops up.
    6. Steps 2-4 repeat endlessly.

    <*Add more steps if necessary.>
Date & Time: From August 14th, 2011 (all hours) to current.
    Frequency: Always
    Platform: Windows PC
PC Manufacturer & Model Number: ASUS G60VX laptop computer
OS: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
Graphics Card: nVIDIA Geforce GTX 260M
    ISP: BellSouth
    Type of Internet Connection: CATV

This might happen because of the ip of your computer at the dorm, try making it static.

(I apologize for the wall of text)

    1) User Environment
    1. – Operating System? (IE: WinXP, Vista, Win7, 32bit? 64bit?)
A: My operating system is Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium with Service Pack 1 installed

    2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc)
A: My antivirus program is Norton 360 (latest edition).

    3. – Internet Service Provider?
    A: BellSouth.net/AT&T

    2) Exact Error Message
    A: (30002) 1317844798,13384898,5

    3) Frequency of 30002 Error?
A: Every 10-15 minutes of gameplay

    4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
A: It does not matter which area I am in for the error to occur. The error can pop up in any area like the Market Wards or in an unpopulated location in Western Thanalan before, during, or after a levequest.

    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
A: Unfortunately, the error can come up during whatever action I am currently doing when the 10-15 minute mark hits. My actions can be (but are not limited to) running up to a levequest target, fighting during a levequest, fighting a mob for level grinding, running around during a levequest, standing idly when I have to briefly be away from my keyboard, running to the Market Wards, using the Item Search Counter, travelling to the retainer that is selling the item I was hoping to buy, etc.

    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
A: I was not in a party when this error occured.

    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
A: It is difficult to give a proper estimate due to the exact amount time elapsed when the error occurs. However, I usually keep track of the 10-15 minute mark and remain idle in areas where there are 0 to 6 on screen (usually in front of the Aetheryte before a levequest).

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?
A: Yes, I am able to log back into FXIV after the error. However, I must usually wait 1-3 minutes so I don't run into the 13001 lobby server error.

Thank you for providing that information. We are presently working with the Development Team to try to find a solution to this problem. That means that unfortunately, we don’t have anything to provide you with at this time. We can only recommend patience while we investigate the matter.

I have been inactive on FFXIV because i had these errors 6 months ago, also after such short intervals each times, like my fellow gamers in this thread. I thought i'd give it another shot, hoping it would be resolved after such many patches or updates (because i reported it back then too, but no reply or answer came, let alone a solution to it)... But it's still the same issue...
I just hope that you are actually going to make good work/use of this case this time... Because the game is anything but fun, when you get disconnected every 5-15 minutes. My PC is a monster, my internet is one of the fastest available,... So it's not an issue of "your PC can't handle it". It runs all of the HD/HQ games just fine.

I'm a FFF (Final Fantasy Fan) and i think it would be a shame that the game would lose so many fans just because this issue can't be resolved or isn't focussed on. (Been "working/resolving it" for many months now and still no solution...)

    So here's my data:
    1) User Environment
    1. – Operating System?
Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit

    2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc)
    Kaspersky Internet Security 2010

    3. – Internet Service Provider?
    Telenet

    2) Exact Error Message
Case 1: An error has occurred on the game server. (30002)1319722060,13345497,5
Case 2: An error has occurred on the game server. (30002)1319723910,13345497,5

    3) Frequency of 30002 Error?
Sometimes after 5-15 minutes, one rare occasion of about 1 hour.

    4) What area were you in when the error occurred?
    La Noscea (Case 1 & 2)

    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc)
Case 1: Talking to NPC (turning in Leve)
Case 2: Just finished editing macro's, not doing anything at that moment really...

Just like my fellow gamers mentioned, the action doesn't matter appearently. Wether it's fighting or exploring busy areas or being idle for the whole period.

    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party)
    No (Case 1 & 2)

    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
    Case 1 & 2: 1-3 people at most

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error?
When it kicks you back to Character Selection screen, when i then select the same character again it gives a Lobby error and kicks me back another screen: the Title Screen. When i then select to go to the character screen again and select my character, it logs back in again.
Also, letting it wait on the character screen for a few minutes in the first place is also good enough to let me log back in.
So to sum up: Yes, but we need to wait a few minutes to log back in.
