Calander invite to FC, LS, open public

I am guessing people have requested this but i did not see any post on the front page for it. Is it possible to make a Calendar where we can schedule raids, PVP, etc. Invites will be sent out and rather than sending emails, their web clock would blink or some kinda of minor eye catching notice. This way having a big events with many people with different time slots, people would be able to either take in the roll of the raid comp. If specific invite is sent then just a small yes, no, or maybe would suffice.

The way I came up with this idea is due to real life events. I work night shift and have a set schedual. I am involved in a big LS and would like to plan something but it is difficult due to many people unable to reply to a req from a whisp due to being afk logged off. I must say that having invites sent to a LS and FC together would make life easier to plan events. I am a small FC all RL friends total of 3-4 people on at most.

So to the point.
Calander to send out invites for specific events
Invites to FC, LS, doesnt matter much for public spot
Notification can be via Web clock
