Steps:

1. Selene and Eos currently ignore the cast embrace command if a party member is low on HP. For example, if Eos is set to Obey and ordered to cast embrace, she will ignore that command and heal a party member on low HP instead. She will continue to ignore the cast embrace command until all party members are near-topped off.

2. I tested this in a 1 on 1 setting with another player. First, I opened the pet menu and manually placed the embrace skill onto my hotbar. I then proceeded to spam embrace on myself. My other party member was a level 60 player, who switched to a crafting class (low HP) and then back to a level 60 character (high HP). This was intended to simulate "low" HP, since if you swap from a crafting class to a level 60 character, your HP will be very low.

3. Immediately, Eos started casting embrace on my party member instead, despite my issuing commands for her to cast embrace on me. She continued to ignore my cast embrace command until my other party member was full on HP.

I am inclined to believe that the pet should not be ignoring my commands under these circumstances.

Using commands like Stay would have priority over your summon's skills and interrupt what they're trying to do, then a macro like this is immediately giving them something else to do before they find something on their own again. I'm thinking your fairy is trying to spam Embrace on the low-HP person faster than you're able to spam your command.

@synesthetic: I just tested your macro and it doesn't work. The pet will still heal the lowest HP member of the party, even if I am issuing commands to stay --> immediately embrace.

I also don't think that the fairy is trying to spam embrace on the low HP person faster than I am able to spam the command. If I recall correctly, in pre-3.0, casting embrace while in obey would override all other things the fairy is doing. But right now, no matter how fast you press the embrace button, the fairy will not heal your target. This leads me to believe that there was a change in the AI system... but I am not entirely sure.
