Not sure if this has been suggested already, but I would love it if the Search for Item feature also extended to searching for items that are currently in your Free Company Chest.

It would also be nice if at max level, doing FATEs that give an EXP bonus instead give you a few extra bicolor gemstones, since more EXP is useless at max level.
For some reason, you can copy item names to your clipboard from market board listings, but not the market board item list. Please add it!

Allow you to access the "WXHB" by holding the triggers rather than double tapping a trigger.
In due time?.... The time shows that it's overdue.
Adding role mammets outside the Masked Carnivale so that you don't have to hunt down someone for aetherial mimicry
Ingame collection logs for acquired and unacquired items such as mounts and minions. The recently added checkmark on the item tooltips is nice but it could be a lot better.
Please, can we have the flying text fixed?
1.If we could remove the spell names on the flying text and just have the amount of damage, that would help a lot with how messy the screen looks, especially in AOE.
2. Also being able to turn toggle seeing stuff like when buffs/debuffs enter/leave, incoming heals, etc.
I hate how the only options are "look at giant walls of text on my screen" or "you can't see any of your damage at all".

I have been trying to get into fishing but there is not enough fishing information available ingame. I know that hardcore fishers of the game will disagree, but reading pages and pages of websites to figure out fish availabilities, ocean fishing guides, rare fish, with hundreds of baits to try and all sorts of nonsense. Its just so much and rather impossible to figure out on your own. Something in game would be nice. Fishing also revolves heavily around counting seconds after your initial cast to determine which fish to get. It would be so helpful if there was a precise in-game timer for this instead of having to use echo macros.
tl;dr please give fisher a job gauge revolved around time since cast in seconds.

I could see the Fishing Log being updated to include baits, bite times, and so forth that you've personally gotten. It wouldn't spoil hardcore fishers, even the most devoted blind discovery fishers, while more casual players could fill in the common fish from a guide and then reference their own Fishing Logs.I have been trying to get into fishing but there is not enough fishing information available ingame. That would be really nice - it's weird that echo macros are basically required yet made unintuitive by the job. Show a nice bar for time since cast (or mooch) with a clear counter, and new fishers would be clued in that bite time is worth paying attention to without impacting the discovery aspect for players who enjoy that. As a bonus, we'd no longer have the echo macros continuing while reeling in a catch or deliberately letting a fish get away.
