You can at least press Up in the chat entry box to repeat previous messages.I actually had a brilliant (in my mind) QoL idea yesterday. For quests that involve an emote (such as Vundu dancing, beckon, etc) have a small clickable emote icon next to the quest status, just like is done for usable quest items. Extra credit if you make it so the ones that involve 'say' automatically have the correct text so I don't have to type "Uhm Ala" and "Free Moogle Nuts" a million times.
3 years later and we still don't see all debuffs on a boss in 24 raids.
Could the for your job relevant debuffs on the boss be mirrored to yourself? So that you see them among your own buffs.
I'd thought that was the case too, until I tried it and took quests that gave me 26 key items. It turns out the regular (25 slots per page) key items interface extends to multiple pages when needed. Normally, it just has a "1" button at the top for the first page (which I'd thought seemed a little redundant since there usually is only 1 page there). But if you get more key items than will fit on a page, it expands to a second page and has "1" and "2" buttons at the top. So I'm guessing it could also extend on to a third page if someone actually managed to get more than 50 key items at a time, so needed a third page.it seems plenty of people are making the assumption that there is an additional 50 slots for key items and that these should be used for normal items. I don't believe this is actually true, and that these spaces (visible only when using the expanded inventory UI) aren't actually usable but rather exist for the sake of UI consistency.
being able to use cordial while mounted would be awesome.
hell yeah being able to repair your gear while mounted would be nice
auto dismiss mount when attacking a monster would be cool
the option to turn off display fc buffs
a search and sort fc member list.e.g sort option could be like rank
If you're going to make it possible to eat while riding, could you let us eat while sitting as well. It's a bit disruptive to RP if we can sit at a table only so long as we aren't doing anything, but then have to stand up to eat.
My QoL want is a very simple thing: Why is it so hard to provide more variety in glamour to tanks? Would you like your armor heavy, light, semi-light or a recolor of the same three armor sets from the 1-45 leveling process? Why not some leather with some pauldrons strapped on? Maybe some variety that makes each tank look different? The variety for tanks is garbage, and many tanks opt to throw on as little clothing as possible, subligar, tafetta and the like are rampant.
Let's take it further, cross classing all gear JUST for glamour. Make a new prism that allows it or something
We can mix and match things in gear preview, we get a taste of how mixed gear types look. The devs can put what they want on their characters too, and the excuse of the recognizability of classes is moot due to the fact we can hide our weapons outside of battle and people wear swimsuits and other glamours instead of armor. There's no logical reason for them to deny us that ability anymore. /endrant

Highlight and move to top, any party finder groups in your current zone. With Hunt and Fate groups at the top. Check mark box in the party finder window to turn the feature off. Possibly chose which types of parties you wish to move to the top in this way.
"Search for Item by Crafting Method" should be added to all items in the game if they're craftable. I would like to beable to right click on items in my inventory or where ever and "Search for Item by Crafting Method". Like the items in Rowena's House of Splendors.
Bring back mount/dismount key binding like in 1.0
