Small QoL Improvements

QoL items:

• Personal DPS/HPS/TPS meter
• The ability to share DPS/HPS/TPS data with other people who enabled sharing their data while in the same group/encounter
• A better Retainer Menu. So you don't have to go through so much clicking just to send them out on ventures again
• See DoT and HoT numbers in the combat log
• I don't know what being done beside reactive banning for the gil spam... but help.... I pretty much have to ignore my whipsers because 90% of them are spammers
• Ability to save UI "sets" Having to rearrange my party and target list each swap gets to be tedious
• Color blind settings!
• Stackable health/mp/tp bars for self and party (COLOR BLIND MODE NEEDED)
• Ability to resize the party window
• Colored health/mp/tp party bars (COLOR BLIND MODE NEEDED)
• A different line for buffs or debuffs to make them more noticeable in the target bar/party window or break them apart from being bound to the target/party window so that UI element can be resized
• Change the width of the target bar
• Detach and have a separate UI element for target of target
• Create a UI element for target of focus that is not part of the focus bar
• Allow us to stretch each UI element wider or taller as we see fit
• Why can't I look straight up? Seriously, first or third person you can't look straight up... any reason why?
• See party members' telegraph and see personal telegraph
