I would love a tab target priority option. Would be great if I can prioritize low health enemies for pvp purposes.

I'm not too sure if this should go here or in it's own thread, but I have a suggestion about Mentors. I constantly see people with the Mentor icon immediately drop out of dungeons if it's not a dungeon they want to run. I understand that all players are guilty of this at some point, but if you are using your Mentor icon and you drop out, you should be penalized to the point of possibly being revoked as a Mentor and having any titles/rewards removed.

*Queue for duty finder with chocobo out
*Talk to quest mobs while on a mount
*Ability to break and combine different UI elements into custom groups
*Ability to see dot and hot numbers in the battle log window
*Personal DPS/HPS meter built in game
*Retainer station that allows you to call all your retainers at one time and manage them, stored items, and market board listings without have to touch the barber's pole for each of them
I want to automatically dismount when I perform an attack action on a target in range.

Someone on the New Player forum suggested this, but they don't have a high enough level to post it here.
Anyone who have played Guild Wars 2 knows how hidden npc/player names works in the game. I would love to have same system in ff14. I don't like to see name tags all over my screen. Also a keybind for showing npc/player names would be also nice.
It's not hard to implement this into a game and it would be nice quality of life feature.I have made small video to demonstrate what I mean.

At first it shows all nameplates on. After I turn them off, you will notice that I can see nearest targets nameplate simple by looking at them. Also I can hover my mouse over the target and see their nameplate. At the end I'm demonstrating the key which shows all ally's nameplates while holding the key down.

Awhile ago i asked if we were able to lock/unlock the click and drag for your general tab and top right resize arrow because it was an issue. BUT, i just thought of another amazing idea that would fix a miss-typing issue. Can you make it where you're able to automatically switch to a certain type of chat for each chat tab?! For example, i have a chat tab that is only for party/linkshell chat and a chat tab for free company chat. Let's say i click on my free company chat tab, it should be able to automatically change to free company typing, so when i type in the chat box it'll send it to the free company chat instead of me having to manually switch it to free company typing, so i don't accidentally send it to another chat tab that it wasn't meant for. This should work for customized chat tabs, and would help with "wrong chat" moments.

Okay. This is due to the newest trick gil spammers have been trying. (I don't see it often on Excal, but they usually come out of the woodwork after a update; I have seen it more often on my alt, which is on Midgardsormr.)
Is there a way that it could be fixed so that if you blacklist someone, that said blacklisted person CAN'T invite you to a party? Just that? The spammers have been spam inviting lately and that would stop that. I'd think this would be a pretty simple fix. Would really be appreciated, the gilseller spammers proly found that way to get around the filters..and it's annoying if I'm running around on a lower level job. That's when I get hit the most, btw.

This would be good even if it weren't for the latest problem with RMT invite spam (though of course that adds to its importance).
If you blacklist someone, you clearly don't want to have to deal with that person. It should block them from inviting you (party invites, FC invites, LS invites, Friend requests...), trading with you, joining your PF, or being paired together with you by DF. Currently all it does is hide their chat, and that's pretty limited for a blacklist.
also wish the blacklist did more as you said. and also, removing a friend should also remove you from their friends list. currently it's just a one way affair for both from what i seeThis would be good even if it weren't for the latest problem with RMT invite spam (though of course that adds to its importance).

I found another issue when healing as a healer. Since i don't use keybinds to switch between party members for healing, and instead i manually click through the party list with my mouse cursor, i'm sometimes having trouble clicking on the players names. For instance, sometimes when i click on a players name in the party list the "view search info" box will pop up which interrupts my ability to click. I also cannot click on a party member if my mouse cursor is hovering over their buff/debuff icons... Can you PLEASE make it whenever you're in "battle only", that you can't bring up the "view search info" when you click on a players name, and that you can still click on a players name even when you're hovering over their buff/debuff icons on the party list?! Thanks! It would help a lot.
