Small QoL Improvements

I prefer vertical orientation to be the default. Also for roulettes, replacing the symbols for a countdown would also be appreciated for something like this.

Sometimes I reliase that I have to look much more carefully to locate a zone, between thee zones from Abalathia's Spire to Mor Dhona, from the list of the teleports. Since they all have the same icon which is the aetherite shard. If the these 3 zone, Abalathia's Spire, Dravania, and Mor Dhona has their own logo to distinguish them such as you can locate the different regions based on the region logo, LL, Gridania, Uldah, and Ishgard.

A side note: Mor Dhona already "kinda off" has a logo to represent this teleport.
This one that is above the entrance to The Rising Stone.

The 'Join Party in Progress' checkbox for Duty Finder unchecks itself every time I join a party manually (even just summoning my Chocobo).

It would be a QOL improvement if this setting for Duty Finder could just be remembered somewhere, because I like to Join in Progress to help groups that have gotten stuck without members, but often I finish all my Roulettes for the day without even realizing the box unchecked itself yet again.

For Crafting:

All class/job gearsets use a silver and grey logo. Could we please have a GOLD background, if you have the specialist equipped for that class?

I'm still waiting on being able to put mogstation glamours, veteran rewards, and other purchased event glamours (like the ongoing amazon summer campaign) to my armoire...

Also, extremes trials roulette sounds fun!

Not sure how much of heaven and earth would need to be moved in the process, but it'd be great if glamour prisms could be listed first in the Master Recipes list, or on a different page entirely. Having to scroll past 30 or so recipes every time I want to make a Weaver prism gets old very fast.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned (thread search turned up nothing) and perhaps it's not such a small QoL thing, but here goes - the grading of glamour prisms has to go. Seriously, I have a quarter of my inventory filled with glamour prisms, and it is a ridiculous and needless overcomplication of the glamour system.

And another thing: The Name Display menus should have Free Company Members as a separate option. I have name displays turned off for pretty much everything that isn't an NPC or a party member, but I would like to be able to spot FC people even if they're not on my friends list.

"(Deleted) has left the Free Company."

Deleted characters should automatically be removed from:

• Free Companies
• Friend Lists
• Blacklists
• Linkshells
• Anywhere else where their characters are referenced.

I imagine this could be accomplished either through database triggers on foreign keys across the applicable tables, or by a server task in the crontab on each server that runs when traffic is low. Either way, it does not seem like it would be too difficult to accomplish, and would go a long way to improving customer experience.

Could we please get alternate characters on our account automatically added to the friends list of all characters on that account so we can mail to them and allow them to be tenants in the house of the other character etc.

Just wanted to pop in with news of a QoL improvement coming soon: we've heard many players request that consumables be usable while mounted, so we're planning to make it possible to use items such as cordials, potions and food while travelling in a future update.
