Need of Help

I'm using laptop Asus A43SM with video card GT 630M and it's kinda lag horribly when you put refresh rate 1/1 or enable the effect, so I put it max 30 fps (refresh rate 1/2) and disable all effect from party and other. The result isn't bad, it gives constant 30 fps at town and raid.

Also im not sure if a laptop is the only way you wish to go, but it is common knowledge that you can build or buy a desktop with much better performance for the same price.

The laptop is what im using now and the desktop is what i was thinking of buying. i have never build a desktop before but i was wondering if this unit would be upgrade-able in the video card and to add a SDD to get my feet wet in messing with a rig.

Im really thankful for all the support, for what im hearing the newegg desktop should run on normal with the fps im looking for (45) so thats great to hear! if anyone has any input or know of a better deal else where please let me know. My budget is really low the highest i could go is 500 atm. the laptop is overheating running this game so i was looking to buy this soon.

Hello OP.. I work and build PC's for a living.. IMO, the pc u have listed to buy should play the game on normal settings, u may turn down a couple effects at best to get optimal performance in towns and heavy fighting areas.. Dungeons should run fine as the area is confined limiting the need for resources. If anyone else needs help post it in here, id be happy to assist. Im trying to start being more active in these forums..

Not sure how much gaming you do, but you could always leave that laptop for everyday needs and get a PS4. I run everything maxed and only get a FPS drop around ridiculously populated s ranks. other than that, game play and speed is beautiful on the ps4. Not to mention the price is a fraction of a potent gaming pc.

Im into both FFXIV and WoW, im waiting for Legion to drop so this would be for both in a sense.

The devs are still looking into the win 10 stuff, so it's not currently supported...yet. As for me, I'm looking into building a decent desktop rig that'll run the game on ultimate without overheating or eating up too much RAM or CPU usage. My budget's on the small side as well--about $700. This'd be the first rig I've ever built, so I have no idea what I'm doing. What would be the best parts for me to use that work within that budget? I am also looking at getting a wireless gaming mouse and keyboard, as I'd be using my TV for the monitor and want to sit back away from it on my bed.
