Lockouts

Was a tad perplexed today when I went to do some beasttribe dailies and found none. It SEEMED that after noon local, they opened up. So, is there some list someone has made that lists all the possible lockouts and when they get unlocked (and via which time, local, server, or Eorzea)?

It happens if you have an uncompleted quest from the previous day.

You can find out for yourself in-game! Look for the "Timers" list (on PC it's under the Duty option in the bottom right); this opens a window telling you how long until, for instance, beast tribes refresh; or until new levequests allowances are given; etc

Well, today I used the "Timers" list as suggested... nothing at all about beast dailies in there and they are NOT available to me (yet, yesterday I remember they opened up to me around noon local). No, there are no "uncompleted" quests from previous days.

And exactly what 24 hr. clock are those "Timers" referring to? Local, server or what?

I seem to remember the refresh time was around 10am for me (US Eastern time zone), but I don't remember when that was, so it might have been 10am Eastern Standard Time or 10am Eastern Daylight Saving Time. (Or it's possible I'm remembering wrong and it's something else that refreshes then.)

The "Timers" window just shows "Currently Available" on the Ixali Beast tribe quests all the time, with no actual time of when they'll refresh. (It rather oddly says "Currently Available" even when they're not available because you used up your allowance for the day. There's no indication of when you'll get the next day's allowance.) Plus, since the display is geared towards showing the list of items for the Ixali delivery quest, I doubt it would show up at all for players who haven't unlocked Ixal but are doing the other beast tribes.

All the dallies reset at the same time, its 11 am EDT now, it will switch to 10 am for EST, that would make it 3 pm GMT.

Beast Tribe dailies are on the daily reset. Which would be 8 AM PDT/11 AM EDT.

Inter4esting... yeah I have not unlocked the Ixali Beast tribe for the dailies, strange they gate beast trib info behind only one of them!

Its a timer, so the time you see is time left until it resets, or is finished.
