Linkshell Options

I honestly thought that the Linkshell aspect of FFXIV was no where near close to being ready during the last phase of the beta. Then the system went live with no changes. Six months later Im not convinced this is the final design for the linkshell and that SE is more concerned about the "Company" system.

I honestly thought that the Linkshell aspect of FFXIV was no where near close to being ready during the last phase of the beta. Then the system went live with no changes. Six months later Im not convinced this is the final design for the linkshell and that SE is more concerned about the "Company" system.

Which may (or may not) extend the functionality of LS's in some capacity. There's been a lot of speculation that it will in some way.

I guess like everything else in this game, all we can do is wait. I just cant help but feel thats some of the small details could be addressed now. After all, its the attention to detail that made me fall in love with the Final Fantasy series.
