Question about cross class/job skills

Well MCH, DRK, and AST are jobs so no class abiliies, but idk why for rogues. Maybe SE felt like there were better combinations for the other jobs cross class options. Only thing rogue offers that useful is Goad

Or they could select a smattering of skills from the first 30-35 levels of the new jobs since that is in effect what happens with the others. It just seems odd that the new jobs can access the older job/class abilities, but there is no reciprocal access....
