Is the Bard 200 weapon worth getting

The secondaries of the esoterics weapon may not appear to be attractive compared to the Hive Bow, however it has more weapon damage and dexterity. It is worth getting.

Weapon damage and dexterity outweigh every other stat pretty heavily. I would definitely recommend upgrading.

I did the math based on Dervy's? stat weights post on reddit and it was like a 26 dex total differnce between the two so it was pretty significant. Definitely get the ESO bow.
