Legacy CE player, but no legacy or CE rewards

I was able to turn on the legacy mark and locate my Onion helm, at the very least. Hopefully I can make some actual progress with support as for the other issues this time around, but the unrelated cut and paste response I received thus far doesn't have me hopeful.

It looks like I may have used the buddy pass instead of the actual CE code, and it was somehow counted as a standard edition. And now my actual CE code cannot be applied to an existing account.

I highly doubt that anyone cares given the relative rarity of my issue (as in, I only saw a couple others experiencing the same issue at launch and have heard nothing since), but I was just told by an in-game GM that the "within a week" policy that applies to vendored items somehow also applies to items that didn't carry over from 1.0.

1.0 players (CE or not) are not automatically qualified for a legacy campaign membership. If you didn't pay 3 months sub during 1.X you're not a real legacy player.

There's a difference between a legacy account and legacy characters. While I thought I was entitled to the former, I'm not entirely sure, so I'm only addressing the latter - the mark and the goobbue were attainable regardless of whether or not you have a legacy account. I do have the mark, but I cannot find my goobbue anywhere.

Did a GM tell you this? If not, try getting active help in the game. Not exactly the same thing, but I didn't get my 1.0 titles until recently because of a bug where they didn't carry over properly. Out of game support was no help at all, I had to pester GMs to get my issue resolved.

Yep. The in-browser chat support told me to take it to the in-game GMs, and the in-game GMs (when he/she got tired of me reiterating my point and how they're giving me irrelevant information and citing unrelated policies) just told me to go talk to the in-browser chat people.

Fun times.

That being said, I'm glad that you were able to get your issue resolved! I haven't heard of anything similar for literally years. It gives me a little bit of hope.

/lmark or /legacymark to hide/display tattoo toggle, and the actual rewards like legacy chocobo come with true legacy status which means 3+ paid subscription months during v1.x.

I think people might be being misled by the title. 'Legacy CE Player' would mean to me a person who bought the CE and got Legacy status. '1.0 CE player' might have been more accurate.

So if I'm understanding this right the only issue not addressed now is Goobbue? Does anyone remember if there was a lodestone achievement associated with that? If so, you could probably prove it to a GM. IF not, just go for the sylph mount, honestly it's 99% the same and the 1% difference is actually better than the original.
