The residential districts are full to the brim and I know some friends who've founded FCs that would get a house so bad and have the money for it, but can't get one because the residential districts are full.
Please SE, consider adding wards or a new district (maybe in Ishgard) in the next patches!
Of course I wouldn't mind getting my own player house. ;P
