Any reason to launch A4 Savage as an impossible raid?

Reason why A4S has not been cleared is not because of real dificulty, that is to say some complicated mechanics or such. It is simply an unreachable gear check at the moment so the fight is literaly impossible as of right now. Maybe in a few weeks for world first teams, and in 2-3 months for regular statics. Basically SE tells us gear > skills.

Oh really? awesome, I kinda like how A4 Savage actually need requires a set gear amount to be passed, I mean isn't that what we gearing up for anyway? Now we've got a good reason to gear up.

I know you'll have some people say oh gear don't count as long as you got the skills to make up for it, true but even then those skills will only take you as far as your gear allows.

Gotta make a 4 boss raid "last a long time" somehow. The sooner the bosses die, the sooner people farm up their BiS and unsub until the next Alex installment.

A4 was released far earlier then the time required to gear sufficiently for it. That is the problem. People were expecting to go in with some 170/180 gear with a couple 190 gears and full clear it. Nope, if it was designed intentionally like this, then good for SE. You work towards savage which means you should mostly be ilvl 190 when entering savage.

It is possible to down it with lower gear? I'm sure there are people out there with the right skill and coordination to do it, but it is not designed for everyone to clear it like that.
