Game freezes when calling a retainer in Market area

Every time I try to call my second retainer in Market area - the game freezes. I can control camera and use chat log only. Cant move. Cant open Menu to log out or to call GM. Actually this happened after I tried to recall my second retainer to move him from one place to another (on the same floor). I did it three times and three times the game was freezed. I tried to move from Market to the street and go back - the result was the same.

I have the same issue on Istory. I'm not sure of all the different scenarios that will cause the game to freeze, but one in particular - when I try to retrieve less than a full stack of items from my retainer.

I realize the develpment team is already aware of various market ward issues, but maybe this will help identify the problem.

P.S. - GM's are of no help here, I already tried.

One more thing - I cant enter the Market area. I choosed a floor, the game said - Moving to the Upper Tailors Row.... And thats all folks! Im runnig near the gates and cannot even pop up the menu to try enter it again.

Same problem as OP... Freezes when I try to exchange items with my retainer... Can't open any menus or even cancel out of the exchange. Bah.

after the new patch, i decided to summon my retainers in the markets again, and it still freezes my game

I have this same problem. It only started AFTER I gave my retainer new items I got from the Shposae coffers. As soon as that happened my retainer failed to be summoned when I next tried. I have had no issues with my other retainer (or this one prior to giving new items). I am wondering if it may be due to the modeling feature.
