    Start using the Guild Marks Items which redistribute the stat points to another stat, like changing Piety to Dex or Str, its the best way, thats what I been doing.

    Currently what I'm using:

    Main: Hart Guisurme +1 +22 atk +23 atk = 7acc. +60 atk total
    Head: Cobalt Elmo +1 (Red) m.eva +17
    Body: Cobalt Haubergeon (Red) crit +42 (Blew up six savage mights trying to meld by now, according to Carraway's datas just gonna stop)
    Hands: Felt Bracers (Blue) +15 Str +23 atk
    Legs: Felt Trousers (Red) +12 str +12 Dex
    Waist: Penance
    Rings: Garnet x3
    Feet: Cobalt Sollerets (Red) +16 m.eva

    Currently sitting at 311 Str 565 atk. Gonna trying to sell off all these gear by late November then remax with HQ triple melds after 1.20. Just glad that Savage might is tested to be absolutely crap so saves a ton of money right there.

    Savage Might isn't totally crap, it just adds to critical attack power by a slight margin. It certainly helps, but it's not worth sacrificing base damage on a weapon over.

    I was a little more concerned with the economic issue with Savage Might than the actual performance issue. Currently it is the most expensive materia in game (on our server) seeing it is arguably the only offensive ability for the body slot for DDs. T4 minimum SMs (+42) has been going strong on Kashuan for around 5m a pop (at the height of the hype 8-10m/pop) -- at the same time T4 min attack (+26) going for 1 mil, Str (+16) around 300k. One could gear out to above average with the same amount of money it takes to buy one piece of savage might -- and that ain't going to taste right for the misinformed player that spent all of the savings on Savage might giving minimal gain.
