MCH - Glamour Question

Hey guys, hope you don't mind me asking this question as it's bugging me.

With the Dyeable version of the MCH Goggles. (The i210). Would anyone know if the Goggle lenses change colour?

If so I'd love to see some screenshots of anyone who is rocking these.

It might be cheaper and faster to try this with the mythrite goggles of gathering, since they probably share a model with the MCH goggles.

It may take until upgrade items are available outside of A3s before someone can test this, since the gordian headpiece is so much better. People who clear A3s at this point would probably rather wait for that one to drop buy it from manifesto's in a few weeks and spend eso + gobtwine for something else.

most people are using their twines on chestpieces since thats a +30 upgrade

Hey, sorry for taking so long to reply back to your advice! I attempted dyeing the item you suggested and it seems only the frame around the lens changes colour. Gives a reasonable idea of what to expect with the 210 Goggles.

Yeah, I guess I was jumping the gun abit asking the question considering most players will have only just picked up their chest / upgrades for it. It's something to come back to in the future.

I suppose you could also look at the eso chest that Stephanivien (MCH guildmaster) is wearing for a clue too.

He seems to be wearing a dyed black version of the Machinist's Shirt but the flared red collar is still red as well, you can see it's the brown bit of our chest armor that gets dyed.

Which makes me think, if they are consistent with their design choices, the red elements of our AF gear won't be the elements that pick up dyes and are meant to stay red.
