Keyboard Configuration Bug.

After Patch 1.19 is up Keyboard type B became available for us to choose and ultimately the configuration of the arrows "<,>,^,v".

So here is the bug I want to report I have selected the following configuration for my keyboard
Move Anchor Up = W
Move Anchor Down = S
Move Anchor Right = D
Move Anchor Left = A

Camera Move Up = ^*
Camera Move Down = v*
Camera Move Right = <*
Camera Move Left = >*

*Default Keyboard Type B setting

and when I engage an enemy and set Lock on Target the following suppose to be happening:
1) camera movement will be handled by the arrows
2) selecting abilities from action tray using "WASD".

BUT, what happened is the following:
1) Camera movement is a success only for arrows "<,>" but arrows "^,v" is doing both changing the abilities tray from 1 to 3 or 3 to 1 AND moving the camera up and down.
2) on the other hand Only "A,D" working for moving between abilities left & right (Correctly), but "W,S" not working at all and suppose to be changing the ability tray from 1 to 3 or 3 to 1.

I really appreciate if you look into this and fix it ASAP because I really loved this update ^^.
