    Airship Glitch

    Every time I try to use the airship (from Limsa going to Gridania) the screen fades to black after the airship arrives. I still have access to my chatlog, so the game itself hasn't crashed. I let it sit for around 5 minutes, and it never comes back, forcing me to x out of the game, log back in, repeat the process, and get the same results.

    same happened to me. Limsa going to Gridania too. For me it stays in the black now loading screen but i can see the cursor in the menu and stuff but it is stuck at that screen

    Thank you for posting your concerns about trying to transition on the Airship. In order to make sure that we have sufficient information for a thorough investigation, it would be a great help to us if you could provide the following information:

    Platform:
    Specify which version of Windows was in use to play the game.

    ISP:
    Name of ISP you use to connect to the Internet.

    Type of Internet Connection:
    Specify the type of connection. (dial-up, DSL, CATV, Optic Fiber, Other)

    Internet Connection Speed:
    Specify the speed of internet connection. (Example: 768Kbit/s, 5Mbit/s)

    Date & Time:
    Date and time of when the issue occurred. Please be sure to state the time zone of your region. (Example: Pacific Time = PST/PDT)

    I'm playing on Windows 7. My ISP is Roadrunner (Time Warner). Speed is over 2Mbits. It happened around 11:30 PM, Central time.

    I tried it again, today around 2:00 central time, and had the same problems. However, I also tried it going from Gridania to Uldah, and it worked just fine.
