Dark Knight gear at lvl 30

So I just started lvling a Dark Knight and was only given 3 lvl30 gear items to start off with.

Is there a quest or vendor that sells other gear for your Dark Knight at lvl 30?

Costa Del Sol's npc has lvl 30 gear or if you feel like it, you can solo unsync haukke until you get the full set.

Go to your Grand Company and get armor with seals. Alternatively you can buy a few pieces off the market board until you get dungeon drops to replace them. Or ask some crafter friends.

Then you can solo Brayflox for the calvery set.

Problem is, depending on your GC, they might not have tank gear. I know Ul'dah has crap for tanks, mostly dps. There's a grand total of like 1 tank piece to buy from it lol Not counting weapons.

What I did with DRK at lv30 was:
- GC Seals - went and got what armour I could
- Markets - filled in missing slots with market/npc gear
- Dungeons - leveled up in dugeons and looted what gear I could

Dungeons can be good as playing tank theres no queue times its just look of the draw/RNG as to it dropped gear for you

You can craft the lvl 30 tank set HQ extremely easily even if you only have armorer at 50. If memory serves correct, the body/head is 1 piece and the legs/feet is 1 piece so its even quicker. I crafted the level 30 tank set (full, with accs) b4 HW dropped because I knew I was going to level DRK first. Crafting the set only took about 5mins if you buy the mats. A bit longer if not, but cheaper also.

This set will be more than enough to do well in Haukke Manor if you don't feel like unsyncing it until you get the pink drops.
