Loot system

So I tried to search for a similar post like this but I couldn't find one. I was just wondering if anyone could explain how the loot system works or if it's all just completely random. After doing a dungeon 15+ times and not getting any drops for your class is really frustrating.
Any input would be appreciated!

It's RNG, this is the demon MMOs face, it's not uncommon to go well over 50 tries without seeing your desired item. Hence why this time they went for tokens to trade in for drops in addition to said drops.

However. in very rare cases it could be a glitch, as was the case with a certain weapon never dropping in hatalia a year or so ago. and the whole gold dye thing. sometimes it is a glitch.

The actual drops are purely random, at least as random as a computer can be. The distribution depends on the party leaders.

Yeah thanks for the feedback guys I was just curious. I'm sure everyone goes through the same thing with the loot I just wish after 15+ runs you would at least have half a set lol. One can dream though.
