New character looking for FC [RECONSIDER]

Hello! Me again. I've had a change of heart to my previous post so consider this the most updated and useful one for you to view

I'm going to be making a brand new character instead of logging back to my level 50's character. Why? Because I have no idea what the spell setups do, what to avoid in dungeons or frankly any of the game at all. Soooo I'm going to be making a brand new character to do the ENTIRE game (as I never even finished it before).
Because of this, I am welcome to accept invites to any FC in any EU server. I will be looking for an FC with a lively group of people willing to help me learn and lend a hand and in return I will give you my 100% loyalty and dedication.
I hope you take the time to read the following as I want to get the most out of the game and I want you to get the most out of me.

Who am I?
Ingame: I am mostly a healer with some knowledge on being a tank. I got fed up of healing bad tanks and wondered if tanking was actually tricky to do. Turned out they were all just really bad tanks but this knowledge makes me a better healer.
I also tend to RP during my spare time. During my 'downtimes' I will RP like walking around, using emotes, interacting with the houses and playing my character. Because I had a baby a year ago I can expect myself to RP a bit more than before. If I think he might wake up for some food in 10 minutes then I will avoid a dungeon and hopefully play around in a FC house.
Also on the Phoenix server I was founder+leader of EStar (Eorzean Star) which became 2nd highest ranking FC prior to me leaving. Once I left the FC got handed down to who I believe would look after it. It's gone now =/

Out of game:
Fun loving and bubbly and often quite excitable little character. I'm 28 and have been playing games since I was 9 so I'm very much a noob. Despite my years of gaming I will admit that I can feel myself slowing down. This is partly to do with my family taking more priority and also because of illnesses (don't worry I'm not going to bore you with it). I still give my 100% 24/7 but personally I feel that my 100% is probably 80% to what a 17yr old can manage.
I do use voice comms once in a while. Much less than it used to be due to the lil dude but I still do it to close friends. The closer I get to the people I play with the more likely I am to voice with you.

What am I looking for:
An FC with a good number of active players. A house would also be more than welcome so I can have a little place to hide with friends.
Willing people to help me relearn the game and help me out a bit. I'm not going to beg and plea but a helping hand on certain duties would be nice.

What you can expect:
A very loyal player. If i'm happy with my new FC then you can expect me to stay loyal to you to the very end. I will offer my help and services to other players when possible and will be very happy to make new friends.

Are you only considering EU servers due to latency?

I'm an officer from Wild Tonberries <STAB!> in Sargatanas and we would love to have you with us!
We have a medium house (soon will move to large) and most of our active members atm are returning players starting new classes, so there's always someone to run content with.

We are mostly a social FC with people hanging around the house while crafting. Some are into raiding/endgame content but most are still leveling.
We usually have around 20 members online. Not many but we try to give attention to all members alike so no one feels left out; we are friendly and love to help, be it with content or gear.

Yeah latency was my biggest nemesis even while on EU servers. Titan EX used to do me over when the plumes came up. On my end I was out with a good 1.5seconds to spare but server side I must've been just standing still because I kept taking the full force. I ended up actually playing with a timer noting down when AOE's would take place and predict my movements all in advance - it was a total nightmare. Pingzapper only worked for a short while too so I'm looking for alternatives. Till then I'm restricted as to the servers I can play

Yeah, Titan EX is a good example of how latency matters.
Not sure you know but at the moment all Non-JP servers are located in Montreal, Canada. Yes, even the EU servers.

They will move the EU servers to europe soon, so EU servers will have a big improvement in latency.

OHHHH that's why WTF said it moved my netroute to canada! I got really confused by that. I just hope they do it soon.
