    How would this help anything? Many servers already have many toxic issues adding something that tells my damage info to people will only make things worse. There was people in pf on my server that were kicking people out of Day 1 content ON DAY 1 because they didn't access it yet and others that look for insanely high item level to even be in the party. Adding this would only further the toxicity on some servers. I'm all for personal development but honesty this doesn't need it, maybe if some of artificial difficulty was removed and content was actually made challenging then yes it would be good. But until then no, we don't need more elitism.

    This proposal wouldn't tell your damage info to other people. It would tell your info to you. While that distinction wouldn't remove the toxicity that's already present, I do think it would be sufficient to prevent it from adding to the toxicity.

    Because the DD role is the problem. Not the other roles.

    Also, no, I'm not referring to an "easy mode." I mean redesigning combat so there is real multiplayer happening and not something that could be accomplished with a bot.

    I believe the only way SE will introduce a parser is if others cannot see your numbers and that is fine. We can then do with it what we will to help ourselves, this is not hard for them to do (unless they are going to have "memory" issues because of it) and we just NEED it already.

    I disagree with this. As has been mentioned here before, an official parser of any kind will only vindicate the already present jerknozzles, and you'll see party finders demanding proof of some arbitrary DPS rating. Now, someone will say "It's their party, and they can build it however they want". Yeah, I guess. Those people are still jerks to begin with, and the last thing this game needs is another outlet for them to practice their jerkism.

    Except these guys are most likely already parsing you anyways, a personal parser won't hurt anyone and is needed in a game with so many DPS checks.

    DPS parsing dummy should work like this....

    Have 3 different types of dummies.

    dummy 1 with a 1 min timer.
    dummy 5 with a 5 min timer.
    dummy 15 with a 15 min timer.


    Timer starts ones you hit it once. and reports how much dmg you did till timer goes off.

    Out of curiousity, do you find it worse to kick someone on day one of content for not playing their class well enough to clear the content OR to have people play so horribly bad that after 2 months they are still pulling numbers like they were 80 ilvls lower and 10 regular levels lower?
