    Paladin: Largest problems are TP and the fact that new combos were added but Halone's enmity potency was unchanged.
    + Increase Savage Blade enmity multiplier to 3.5x.
    + Increase Rage of Halone enmity multiplier to 5.5x.
    + When cast in Sword Oath, Clemency restores 100 TP. The 50% healback would still apply.
    + (Iffy change) Royal Authority gains a new Combo Bonus: Procs Shield Swipe.

    Dark Knight: Largest problems are TP and an unusual inability to make Parry extremely likely considering they use it for a proc.
    + When in Blood Weapon, every weaponskill restores 10 TP.
    + When in Blood Price, getting hurt restores 10 TP.
    + Applying Dark Arts to Dark Dance increases Parry Rate Increase to 50% instead of increasing Evasion.
    + (Iffy Change) Applying Dark Arts to Souleater additionally absorbs 20 TP.

    Warrior: Largest problems are TP, Mitigation, and invalidation of other possible Off Tanks
    + Any party which does not contain a Warrior gains a Bravery Buff which increases all stats by 5%
    - Fell Cleave only deals damage if it crits
    + Defiance temporarily turns the Warrior into a Dark Knight. It can only be removed if a Paladin or Healer chastises the Warrior and punishes them with a Time Out.
    + Equilibrium no longer restores TP in Deliverance. It instead causes the Warrior to balance on one foot for a while. Attacks performed during this time deal 1% more damage. This bonus is increased to 100% when on a narrow platform.
    + Inner Beast no longer decreases damage taken. It instead causes the Warrior to begin transforming into a beast. Each use of the skill increases attack power by 5% but hastens the transformation. If the transformation is completed, the Warrior will turn on the party and begin one-shotting party members. The transformation can be reversed before completion by using Equilibrium while in Defiance.

    All
    + Attack Power scales off of Vitality at a ratio of 1 VIT = 0.80 Attack Power, rounded down.
    - All attacks lose enmity multipliers when used outside of a Tank Stance(this would not apply to Paladin until Level 40).

    The main thing that bothers me about the Paladin is how much dead weight is loaded onto it's skills.

    Tempered Will? Useless
    Cover? Useless
    Pacification? Useless in any situation where it'd actually be useful.
    Blind? Useless against anything that matters
    Shield Bash? Rarely worth the TP
    Clemency? Not useless, but hard to get any real use out of. I might be alone in this but if they're going to stick with a 3 second cast time, I'd really prefer it if this spell was a HoT. At least then it could support what your healers are doing, instead of it being an either/or situation that you usually lose.

    No, I don't care if that one spell had that one use in that one phase of that one boss in that one dungeon. PLDs have entirely too much crap that just sits unused 99% of the time and too much other crap that ceases to function as soon as magic starts flying. It's not a surprise to see so many PLDs focusing more and more on DPS when a lot of their supposed "utility" doesn't even function against anything but trash mobs (if that).

    Useless? You keep using that word. I'm not sure it means what you think it means.

    As long as a skill, item, or strategy has at least one situation in which it is useful, it is not useless. So stop saying that. It's wrong. The word you are looking for is "situational".

    And of those skills you listed, Drak? All except for Pacification and Blind have great uses in Savage Alexander.

    please feel free to list how great those abilities are on alexander or any other content in the game whatsoever?? last time I remember use protect was 4 month ago when t13 was relevant. and that should say something

    Thats just it though. They may be useless for Alex, but there is a lot more content to the game than that. Not that those skills are used a ton, there are situations that I have used them where it either saved my hind end or someone else. Clemency allows me to solo some of the post 50 dungeons including HM's. Tempered Will though not used much in dungeons atleast gets rid of heavy in the open world. I do use it on the last boss in Neverreap as a safety, also used it in Titan a few times. Out of all of those, shield bash is used quite often to stun or stop some attacks. Cover used once in Titan HM to save a wipe. Again not used much but there are situations where it worked out, so not entirely useless.

    Tempered Will - Useful on anything with a knockback. You can try to say that's onle been Xande in Syrcus Tower, the last boss of Dusk Vigil and the last boss of Neverreap, but that does have its uses.

    Cover- A situational skill. You're not supposed to use it all the time nor should there always be a situation in which to use it. Useful if you healer pulls aggro when a new pack of mobs spawns and you somehow weren't able to get them all before they start running around.

    Pacification - Useful against trash packs to interrupt most telegraph attacks. You can apply it on a mob casting an ability and as long as its up by the time the cast end the attack won't go off. This would be broken as hell if it worked on bosses.

    Blind - Again, useful against packs of enemies. Would be broken as hell if it worked on bosses.

    Shield Bash - Still one of the longer stuns in the game. 6 seconds is pretty good.

    Clemency - This is an off-tanking tool. And even then, only to be used in emergencies. It's not something you are obliged to use while main tanking since you have other things to worry about.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
