Game loading slower on better computer

Does anybody else have this problem where the game takes forever to load?

I recently switched to a new computer with SSD and new graphics card with 32gb of RAM but the game is loading a lot slower now, it used to take me 15 to 20 seconds to load into an area, but now upwards of a minute. I don't think it's a hard drive issue because I switched to the old drives and they load just as slowly.

Also, the icons on the marketboard screen won't load for a long time sometimes if that matters. Sometimes I would load inside the game but the camera will be zoomed on the floor for a minute or two. Other times when I try to open my menus, they won't show up for 30 or so seconds.

Edit:

I tried reinstalling FF14 fom scratch and it didn't help at all. Anybody has any idea?
