FC recruitment contest reward issue

Did anyone else have an issue receiving the FC recruitment contest reward - the Mandragora choker.

The rules stated that people had to be FC members at the time of the contest results announcement, but several long time FC members including myself didn't receive the item, yet people who joined last week got one. I'm the FC Master and I made the video as well.

I've tried to contact in game GMs about 6 times with absolutely no response.

Anyone else having the same issue?

same here. all the members are getting it in the mail, but myself and a few others have yet to receive one. hopefully another batch going out soon

I really suspect they've messed up and it's not a batch issue.

Same issue here. For our FC, Newest Yevon <Spira>, even people who were in the video did not receive one. Is there a way to contact someone about this? I have contacted a gm and a gm directed me to look to the forums.

Edit: Short version of GMs reply: GMs don't control prizes. complain to the forums maybe they'll notice you.

still nothing for me and a bunch of my people too :/ i was for sure in my company at the time of the contest... as i am leader of my fc and all over our video. this is just silly. pretty please whoever watches the forums, can those of us who didn't get our mandragora chokers get ours soon too? i'm jealous of everyone else's
