what i learned about tanking as a PLD, doing damage doesnt matter as much just cast flash whenever possible, do your combos and repeat. Its' EZPZ class to play really. And it gets easier once you get more skill abilities

Your macro is missing a <se.1> or <se.6> .. or both. Put it in party. I'm sure your healer won't be sleeping for that run!
