Full time active mode

[Brainriot]

I was in the new dungeon area "Shposhae" and after a certain battle against a Spelaean Slug my character stuck in Active mode, not being able to get back to Passive mode by any means. I couldn't see any action animations (tried featherfoot and quickstride and foresight), nor attacking an enemy unless using Full Swing/Broad Swing/Heavy Swing to engage. Because I was stuck in active mode I also couldn't log off, so I had to close the game forcefully.
