Capping in ONE Day... How do you Bare It?

I capped a day by doing all related roulettes and just spam lvl60 dungeons. Capping red seals it makes me 2 minutes tops lol!

Best way is:

1) Don't do the Expert and Trial Roulette on Monday, leave it for Tuesday. The reason is that the Weekly caps and raids reset at 9:00 and Tomes and the rest like Gold Saucer at 16:00. That give you time to you get double the esotorics in a single day in roulettes alone. With this you got yourself already 180 esotorics.

2) After you did your roulette do the alexander normal, it will give you minimum of 80 esotorics if you got luck doing 2 runs each the 4 floors.

From this alone you should have gotten around 240 esotorics doing different things and not repeatable so you miss 210 only or less depending the luck on alexander. Then the rest is farm 5 or less dungeons or something else or leave for other 2 days of roulettes to cap if you don't want to rush.

If you do Savage that give 30 esotorics each floor you beat so even less dungeon to do as well.

Music, snacks get me going mostly. The runs arent that long. 20 mins. 30 at the most. The long ques as a DPS are a nice 5-10 min break/breather.
