    About us:
    i197 DRG
    i197 MNK
    Might level alt classes if required (Mnk->Nin/Brd) (Drg->Sch(I assume))
    Available almost every day
    A1S down
    A2S enrage at 8% last monster
    A3S experience up to add phase
    Want to raid 3-4 days a week for 2-4 hours
    Willing to transfer server

    About you:
    Have A1S down/on farm
    Preferably A2S down
    Want to progress
    No raid-loggers(except we raid every day >_>)

    The monk that would switch to a bard, would they be able to maximize on it?
    Because the mnk that switched to brd on our raid group switched back straight away to mnk because BRD is annoying now ^^'

    We are an EU raid group currently looking for 2 raid members.
