My thoughts on a change to Monks Meditation (Chakra) System

Could make it grant 5 stacks upon losing GL3 , Monk is gonna lose GL3 on a down phase anyways either by using TK or not being able to refresh it normally why not have it grant FC for the next round of dps ? .. really just saving the player from spamming the keys between phases, but keep it spammable out of combat so you can charge it up before the fight.
