Gear set and hotkey not saving

item/gear/skillbars/being lost or reset - tech support section, granted it was added tonight, but:

Game doesn't save gearsets and hotbars - Tech Support section, started 8/11, last post 8/12 that redirects to an earlier post here:

permissions issues with windows 10 (Solved, posting for others) - In-Game Bugs section today, basically stating what had already been covered in previous threads in Tech Support.

Please... enough with the duplicate threads already.

Make sure you are launching as Admin, otherwise make sure your character folders and everything in them has full control permissions for your user account (the folders are in your My Documents/My Games path). Also make sure your security is not blocking the read/write access either.
