    Nahctarh not giving trial leve

    Level 31 Thauma.
    I've got some leves from NPC in Limsa Lominsa.
    Completed them.
    Nahctarh does not accept turn ins until trial leve is done.
    His Battlecraft list is empty though: I can not accept a trial leve since it is not shown.

    Have you completed "Under Foot"? Have to complete that to unlock leves in Costa.
