FC craft quality always shows as 0/100 before advancing from phase 1 to phase 2, or from phase 2 to phase 3, regardless of how high it was before contributing the final material.

Steps:
  1. Begin an FC-crafting project that has 3 phases.
  2. Access the Fabrication Station and contribute materials, but not enough to finish the current phase. Note the Quality sometimes increases. Note that every time you access the Fabrication Station, the craft's total Quality is shown in the form (quality)/100 next to the "Contribute Materials" button.
  3. Contribute the final material to complete the current phase.
  4. Access the Fabrication Station. Note the advance to next phase option shows the craft's quality as 0/100 no matter what it was before contributing the final material for that phase.
  5. Advance the craft and note normal progress even when the quality was extremely high before adding the final material.
  6. Note the same occurs on phase 2.
  7. Note that on phase 3, the quality is NOT lost - the final button to finish the craft shows the progress as what it was before the final materials were added, plus any quality gained from those final materials.
  8. Note that finishing a craft with a very high quality rating often gives Excellent or Outstanding progress (even though this is meaningless on the final phase).

There is definitely a bug here, though it could just be a visual bug where the quality is shown as 0/100 but the actual quality stored internally is correct. But, it does seem like the quality itself has reset to 0/100 given how rarely we get excellent/outstanding progress on any steps except the last one.
