item/gear/skillbars/being lost or reset

So for the past 3 weeks now my gear lists have not been updating or saving and every time i log in my list resets itself to how it was 3 weeks ago removing any new gear i have been able to collect and wear. Even sets i delete because i do not use them anymore reappear. the same goes for my skill bars, hot keys, and macros. changes to any of them get lost and i am forced to reapply or recreate them entirely. for example just started leveling my astrologian and the gear set that i can use does not get saved and my skill bars are completely empty with the exception of the default skill malefic, retainer ventures state they are complete whenever i log on despite the fact of knowing for a fact they are still in progress or haven't even been on a venture to begin with. I have also noticed my inventory keeps being scrambled and shuffled upon logging in despite being organized and consolidated prior to logging out or being kicked from the server. anyone else suffering from this?

Guessing you made the move to Windows 10? Seen a handful of threads in here the last few weeks with the same symptoms under Win10. Appears to be a permissions issue...running as Admin or granting full control to the files/folders in the Documents/My Games/FFXIV_CHR folder(s) seemed to resolve it in several cases.
